Colossians 1:24-29
The marks of a life that follows Jesus are shaped by His work, not our performance.
In Colossians 1:24–29, Paul reflects on his ministry, and each aspect points us to a mark of what it looks like to follow Jesus. A life centered on Christ will display Him in how we suffer, serve Him wherever we are called, and proclaim Him in every area of life.
This passage reminds us that following Jesus isn’t about adding burdens or religious activity—it’s about Christ in us, the hope of glory. Only through His power at work in us can we endure hardship, steward our callings, and grow toward maturity in Him.
