Pleasing God isn’t about performance—it’s about resting in and being shaped by the person and work of Christ.

In Colossians 1:9–14, Paul prays that the church would “walk in a manner worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing to him.” But what does a life that pleases God really look like—and how is it possible?

In this message, we see that pleasing God is not about performing for His approval but about being filled with the knowledge of His will in Christ. As the gospel takes root in us, it bears fruit in good works, strengthens us with endurance and joy, and leads us to a life of thankfulness for what Jesus has already done.
