Christlike community doesn’t happen by accident—God grows it as His people live out who they already are in Jesus.

In Colossians 3:12–17, Paul shows us what it looks like for a church to reflect the character of Christ. We’re called to put on compassion, kindness, humility, patience, forgiveness, and above all, love. These aren’t qualities we manufacture on our own—they flow from the new identity we’ve received in Jesus and from letting His peace rule our hearts and His word dwell richly among us.

True community is formed as the gospel shapes how we relate to one another, how we worship together, and how we walk through everyday life as one body in Christ.
